Copyright Policy

copyright
When you have created something new: Copyright applies. Copyright gives you a certain assurance that it is your work, so anyone can copy it. Only you can decide about the distribution of your work, and this will protect you from misuse of your work. Keep in mind, copyright keeps people engaged in creative and innovative works.
For people using STUDIGOO, it means that you are allowed to upload study material only if you are the copyright holder of those documents. While uploading the document, you have all the rights of that particular document. The people who upload their study material always remain the copyright holders and never – by using STUDIGOO – waive their rights. They can adjust, delete, share for free or choose to sell their documents. Note: By selling their documents, it will not mean that they also sell their copyright. Thus, the buyer is allowed to use the documents for personal use only and the studio is not responsible for the documents shared through the platform.
Plagiarism
As soon as you copy something from someone else, without referring to the original document, it can be seen as plagiarism. Plagiarism is also known as fraud and is completely illegal.
If you upload documents to the studio that are based on copyrighted work, make sure you state this in your documentation. It’s not a problem to reference or cite, just describe where you got it from and who the authors were. Also, summarizing a book or scientific article won’t be a problem, as long as the summary is your ‘own work’. It means: the work has to be written in your own words and you have quoted correctly.

No, not at all! You, as a buyer, do not own the copyright to the document you have purchased. So you can’t just share someone else’s work; Not by e-mail, social media or any other way. Doing so is prohibited and strictly illegal.

Documents purchased by you on STUDIGOO are for your own study purposes. If you spread the document among your friends, classmates or anyone else, you could be held liable.
